GCH's 3 PILLARS
The Framework Underlying All We Do
1. Worldview Escalator
GCH's purpose is to create a more equitable, healthy, thriving future for everyone on this planet. To do this, we must continuously upgrade our mindset, behaviors and capacity to deal with the ever increasing speed of change, complexity and uncertainty in order to not get paralyzed in a cynical, pessimistic worldview.
We partner with companies to deliberately ascend the Worldview Escalator (see visual below) by expanding their level of agility from Tactical Achiever to Strategic Catalyst to Unifying Co-Creator.

2. Social Impact Process
Whenever GCH partners with companies and teams of people in all programs, we engage together in the 8-step evolutionary development continuum:

Wake up to the community and planetary needs that are most important to us.
Awaken

ecosystems and on the planet.
Continuously experiment & adapt approaches to new situations, insights & learnings.

3. The 5 Capitals Perspective in Organizations & Their Communities
Corporations are moving more and more away from the belief and subsequent behaviors of "quarteritis" that "everything must be for profit or for the benefit of shareholders." We believe that corporations have a much bigger role to play.
With the 5-Capital framework, we recognize the two-way value exchange between organizations, their people, their stakeholders, their communities and the ecosystems they interact with.
This perspective continues to evolve organizational contribution through three evolutionary stages beginning with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), then Corporate Social Value (CSV), to Corporate Social Impact (CSI). We are now seeing signature CSI programs that create value for communities, employees and other stakeholders, in addition to investors, in areas such as environmental, social & governance (ESG) and diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI).
